These terms of service ("Terms") govern your use of the Bridge Card Game Classic mobile application and the bridgecardgameclassic.com website, both operated by Classic Games Network LLC ("we", "us", "our"). By installing the app or using the site, you agree to these Terms.
1. The App
Bridge Card Game Classic is a free mobile bridge card game for iOS and Android. It supports Rubber Bridge and Chicago Bridge, with four bidding systems: American Basic, Standard American Yellow Card (SAYC), 2/1 Game Force, and Basic ACOL.
2. Subscriptions
The app offers an optional subscription called Bridge PREMIER, available in weekly and yearly tiers. Current pricing is shown in the App Store or Google Play before purchase.
Subscription terms
- Payment is debited from your account after your purchase is confirmed.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage your subscription and turn off auto-renewal in your device's Account Settings.
- No refunds are provided for the unused portion of a subscription term.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the app
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to interfere with the proper functioning of the app or its servers
- Resell or commercially exploit the app or its content
4. Intellectual Property
The app, including all code, design, graphics, and content, is the property of Classic Games Network LLC and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Classic Games Network LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the app.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Classic Games Network LLC is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
